BC Game Fails to Credit ₹4,500 UPI Deposit Despite Paytm Confirmation
I deposited ₹4,500 into my BC Game casino account on January 14, 2026, via UPI using the Paytm app, but the amount has still not been credited to my account. The Paytm reference number for this transaction is 395458247983, and according to Paytm, the payment was completed successfully on my end. It has now been 15 days since the transaction, yet my BC Game account balance has not been updated. When I contacted BC Game support, I was told that the merchant had not received the money, which directly contradicts the confirmation I received from Paytm showing that the payment was processed successfully. I have already submitted all required proof and transaction details, but I have still not received a proper resolution. I am requesting that the ₹4,500 be credited to my BC Game account immediately and that I be given a clear explanation of what went wrong with this deposit.
