W2 Forex Delayed My Withdrawal Request and Provided Poor Support

I placed a withdrawal request via Tether on July 16, 2024, at 3:45 PM with W2 Forex, and the account specialist A*** S******** told me there were too many requests that day and to try again the next day. On July 17, I contacted her again, and she said she was unwell and told me to submit my request the following day. I also reached out to my representative, B*** E******, who dismissed my concerns, saying I should just follow the specialist’s instructions. I then called customer service at 02162050665, where I spoke with O*** N***** and later Erdem, who both assured me they would handle it but did nothing. After 2.5 hours of no progress, I threatened to report them to Meta5, and only then did A*** request my IBAN. While I eventually received my funds, it was late and less than expected. If my initial withdrawal had gone through, I would have withdrawn a larger amount. W2 Forex clearly lacks interest in helping clients once funds have been deposited. Their support and withdrawal process is extremely frustrating.
