Vivense Furniture Shipment Was Damaged Upon Arrival


Hello, I purchased a seven-piece set from Vivense on October 6, 2023, at a discounted price of ₺61,078. Unfortunately, the work desk, as seen in the images, arrived defective or broken three times in a row. The latest desk, sent on November 24, 2023, was supposed to be picked up by Horoz Lojistik for a return, but two weeks have passed, and no one has come to collect it. Vivense Customer Representative acknowledged the inconvenience, stating that the desk is showing as returned in the factory, and a refund will be processed. Thirty days later, showroom personnel contacted us, insisting that we either retrieve the desk ourselves or repurchase the flawed one without a discount.
Simultaneously, I opened four support tickets for the Bedroom Set I purchased. Upon receiving the materials, I discovered that the 'baseboard bed' I bought lacked the base panel, replaced with a 'wire mesh' instead. Various conversations with bed manufacturers and the Vivense Service Team confirmed that this was incorrect, and a wooden panel should be under the bases. Additionally, the wardrobe received on November 7, 2023, had faulty or broken doors and trouser flaps. A replacement request was initiated, but the new wardrobe doors and trouser flap, despite being part of my 'walnut bedroom set,' arrived with yellow and white paint, completely different from what was ordered. To top it off, Vivense Authorized Service confirmed that one glass door was missing.
I am presenting this to the attention of Vivense officials. I would like to convey that there is no need for us to end up in a bad situation against each other by resolving this issue amicably among ourselves, and if this process is prolonged further, I will exercise my right by applying to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the Competition Authority with the documents and existing voice recordings I have. I kindly request that necessary actions be taken.

When we consulted with the manufacturer through the showroom team, they conveyed that this baseboard bed is the best in this form and recommended us to buy a mattress from the specified brand. Despite being the fourth bed I purchased for my home, I couldn't find any other brands, from the cheapest to the highest quality, using a wire mesh base panel when searching in images. The manufacturer insists that this is the best quality, and the bed we purchased on top of it will not deteriorate, urging us to buy from the recommended Bambi mattress company. When we requested a quick solution due to the approximately 3-month process, they informed us that they could "make and send it to us, but we do not accept responsibility and do not provide a guarantee." Furthermore, they conveyed that we could return the product with a 30% deduction. In these days when we are already facing economic difficulties, the product I purchased three months ago is now listed for sale at 90,000 TL, reflecting a 50% increase. Vivense, while solely defending its rights and showing no consideration for customer satisfaction and customer rights, refuses to acknowledge the financial and emotional damage I have experienced in the past three months.
