Vivense Bedroom Set Delivery Cancelled Unjustly
On October 22, 2023, I bought a bedroom set from Vivense, and it's scheduled to be delivered between March 1-8, 2024. However, just one week before the planned delivery, it was unexpectedly canceled, leading to financial and emotional turmoil. When talking about a different product, the compensation offered was much lower than what I paid, leading to around ₺50,000 in losses. The photos provided clearly demonstrate that the product purchased was still in stock on Vivense's website just 3-4 weeks ago. This clearly shows that Vivense has violated my rights without question. I request a quick resolution to make up for my losses as per my consumer rights, considering the current value of the item.
