We bought a bedroom set from Vivense last October, and because our house was still under construction, we kept the items in their sealed boxes. On May 5, 2024, we received the installation packages. The assembly team arrived on May 7th, and upon opening the packages, they discovered damage to four pieces. They took photographs and sent them to the Trabzon warehouse for assistance. The Vivense team in Trabzon negligently failed to open a support request for the damaged parts, extending the 14-day period. We were informed on May 29th that we would receive paid assistance as a result of the team's failure to report within 14 days. In addition, the sofa set we purchased from Vivense arrived damaged. Despite Vivense's team opening the packages, they failed to submit a timely request, and we were informed that the brand would only provide paid support. My furniture has been sitting damaged in my home for a month due to an error on the part of the Vivense Trabzon warehouse team, causing me stress as my wedding approaches. If the brand maintains this indifferent attitude, I will not hesitate to take legal action using all available evidence, including WhatsApp conversations and emails. If my problem is not resolved quickly, I will escalate it to Consumer Rights.
