I Wasn't Provided Any Delivery or Customer Support With Vivense Table Set Assembly

We bought a table set from Vivense company on 11 June 2024 via the internet. The table was assembled incorrectly. We reported the problem to Vivense and on 9 July 2024, a team from Vivense came and checked the product on site. They created a request on this date for the replacement of the table legs. In our membership account, the planned delivery date of this request was 02-09 August. However, no delivery was made, nor did anyone call us or take care of us. The sent legs of the product have been on the way for a month in the system. Customer service is a disaster; they don't even answer their phones for at least half an hour and it is also annoying to listen to classical music. When they pick up the phone, they say that the product is not on the way, but in the warehouse. From 9 July to today, 45 days have passed and every time we call during this period, they say ‘we are interested’ and they are stalling us.
