I woke up to a message on my phone stating that €212 was charged to my credit card by VMO*Vimeo. However, I have never used Vimeo, nor do I have the app installed on my phone!
I have no connection to this service, yet my card was charged without my consent. I immediately contacted my bank, and while the transaction was canceled in the authorization stage, my money is still missing. This is completely unacceptable!
Vimeo, refund my €212 immediately! I demand an explanation and resolution for this unauthorized charge. If my money is not returned, I will escalate this issue through legal action. Fix this now!
