VivaVideo Charged Me After Free Trial — How to Get a Refund
Even though I only tried the free version of the VivaVideo app once, a charge of $31 was withdrawn from my credit card on October 8, 2025, because I didn’t delete the app. I did not receive any notification or warning in the app, and I never gave consent for any subscription renewal or payment.
After noticing the charge, I tried contacting customer service, but the support options were only in English, and I couldn’t reach anyone directly. When I contacted my bank, they told me to reach out to the app’s support team. Throughout this process, I have been left without assistance, and money was taken from my account even though I didn’t use any paid services.
I request a full refund of the $31 that was unjustly charged to my account.
