VivaVideo Billed Me for a Service I Never Bought
On September 28, 2025, at 12:29 p.m., a charge of $33 was made to my credit card under the name VivaVideo. However, I only use the free version of the VivaVideo app and do not have any active subscription. I am also not currently using the app. I never started a membership or gave payment authorization for any service.
I contacted my bank, but they informed me that they could not assist and advised me to reach out directly to VivaVideo customer support. I also want to note that I have no reason to suspect unauthorized card use by anyone else.
I request that this transaction be investigated and that the $33 charged without authorization be refunded to my account.
