Viva Video Auto-Renewal Charged $46 Without Consent
I started using the Viva Video app on November 19, 2025 through the Google Play Store with a 3-day free trial. I planned to cancel the subscription before the trial ended because I did not want to pay, but since I forgot to cancel, the system renewed the subscription automatically.
On November 23, 2025, I noticed in my account activity that $46 was charged to my Ziraat Bank card ending in 5001 without my permission or approval. No previous payments had ever been taken from this card for Viva Video. I have the bank receipt and account transaction records for this charge.
I contacted my bank about the issue and requested a refund. I have not yet contacted Viva Video customer service. Since this charge was made without my explicit knowledge and consent, I request that the amount be refunded to my card as soon as possible.
Otherwise, I will pursue legal action, as I do not accept any money being withdrawn from my account without my authorization.
