VivaVideo Charged Me Through Google Play Without Subscription

41

On September 16, 2025, an amount of $31 was deducted from my bank account via Google Play for the VivaVideo app, even though I never subscribed to any plan on my Android device. I did not give any consent or authorization, nor did I receive any notification or message regarding such a payment.

When I noticed the charge, I immediately contacted my bank and initiated a dispute process. I also have a receipt confirming the transaction.

I do not accept this kind of unauthorized transaction. I request that the $31 be refunded to my account as soon as possible and that any subscription (if created) be canceled immediately.
