I received my Uption card, but I cannot activate it no matter what I try. I’ve been calling the customer service number 0850 724 0878 repeatedly, but no one ever answers. You sent me a card, yet there are zero instructions on how to activate or use it—no password, no guidance, nothing.
There are no clear directions on your website either, and even the envelope the card came in provides no useful information. How are users expected to activate and use this product without any support or communication?
Uption, this is beyond frustrating. Either tell me how to activate this card immediately or take it back and close my account. If I don’t get a response soon, I’ll throw the card away and be done with your services for good. Fix this now.
