For nearly a month, I’ve been calling Uption’s customer service daily to find out why my account was blocked. No one has given me a clear answer, and all I hear is, “We will call you back.” It’s been an entire month, and there’s been no update or resolution.
This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable. I need to know why my account was blocked and, more importantly, I want access to withdraw the money in it. How can a bank operate with such poor communication and disregard for its customers?
I demand immediate action to resolve this issue and restore access to my account. Uption must improve its customer service and address this situation without further delays.
