I am a new user of the Uption app, and for more than two weeks now, my account has been temporarily blocked without any explanation. I am unable to log in, see whether I have any balance in the account, or view my transaction history. The phone number linked to my account is 552 922 80**.
After the block, I contacted Uption customer support. They asked me a few questions, which I answered, but I never received any follow-up response. Despite sending multiple messages, I still haven’t gotten any reply or update. Since I can’t see the balance in my account, I’m left in complete uncertainty and can’t perform any transactions.
I request that the reason for the account block be clearly explained and that my account be reopened as soon as possible. I also expect compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused during this process.
