I loaded funds to my Uption account using my credit card, and the payment was successfully deducted—but the money never showed up in my account. Since then, I’ve been trying to reach UPT (Uption), but it’s impossible. No one answers the phones, and they haven’t responded to any of my emails or inquiries.
There is absolutely no customer support available, and users are left completely in the dark. This is not how a financial service should operate. I trusted this platform with my money, and now I’m left without access to my funds and without any explanation or assistance.
Uption, I demand immediate action. Either credit the money to my account or refund it to my card. Ignoring customers when money is involved is unacceptable. I expect this issue to be addressed and resolved urgently.
