I’m having two major issues with Uption, and I’ve received no real help. First, the program has suddenly stopped working, and I’ve gotten no explanation as to why. I contacted support to ask what’s going on, but haven’t received a clear response.
Second, I was told my Uption card would be delivered on Saturday. A courier came, took my personal information, and claimed delivery would be completed in 2–3 days. But no one called me back, no card was delivered, and there’s been complete silence since.
This level of service is unacceptable. I can't access the app, and I still don’t have the card I was promised. What exactly is going on? I’m demanding immediate resolution to both the undelivered card and the broken app. Uption, take responsibility and solve this now.
