UPS Lost My International Shipment and Refuses to Take Responsibility

I called UPS to send a package overseas, and they sent someone to my house to pick up the package. After I paid for the service, I got a bill. But the package I sent on February 17, 2023, has not yet reached its destination. When I looked at the UPS system, I saw that it was in Koln, Germany. When I called the UPS call center to ask about my shipment, they told me that it was sent by a contracted company, which was a UPS branch, and that I should contact them. But I wasn't told that the branch was run by a company that had been hired. I called the UPS worker who picked up and sent my package, but my package doesn't seem to be anywhere, and UPS Turkey won't help or take responsibility. I trusted UPS, an international company that is safe, reliable, and quick, but now I'm sad. I'm 62 years old and have never been in this kind of trouble before. I need help right away.
