UPS Turkey's service has not met my expectations. My product, which was shipped from Kayseri on February 14th, 2023, has been delayed in transit for several days, causing me significant inconvenience. The package was transported from Kayseri to Ankara and then to Izmir, where it was held for a day at each stop. Because there is no UPS agency in my county, it was sent to the nearest county the next day. It has, however, been on hold for the past two days and will most likely remain so until Monday. When I attempted to contact customer service for assistance, I was astounded to discover that, unlike its competitors, UPS Turkey's customer service is only available during working hours on weekdays. This means I'll have to wait another two days to file a complaint. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unacceptable. UPS Turkey should not accept products for delivery to areas where proper service cannot be provided. It's really annoying.
