"There is a significant issue with UPS Turkey in Ankara. Despite the cargo being received on 09.09.2023 and arriving in Ankara on 20.09.2023, they have not delivered it. They claim to have reboxed the cargo due to damage, but then they contradict themselves by denying any such action. They mentioned that they came but couldn't find anyone, yet if no one called, they requested that we contact them. They assured us that the delivery would happen today, so I postponed my plans and waited for the cargo the entire day. However, it never arrived, which is quite disappointing. I am determined to raise this issue across all media platforms. Just three weeks ago, another company sent my cargo via UPS, and it faced delays too. The reputable cargo company I usually rely on has caused me considerable inconvenience. Moreover, there isn't even a cargo tracking number. Please get in touch with me as soon as possible."
