UPS Damaged Parcel During Shipping

I've been having a major problem with UPS Turkey in Ankara. I shipped a package on September 9, 2023, and despite the fact that it arrived in Ankara on September 20, 2023, they have yet to deliver it. They claim that the package was damaged and that they had to reseal it, but then they contradict themselves by saying that everything is fine. "We came, but couldn't find anyone," they say, adding, "If no one called, you should call us to guide our driver." They promised delivery today, so I stayed home all day waiting for my package, but no one came. I'm at a loss for words and intend to vent on every available platform. Another company used UPS to send me a package three weeks ago, and it was also delayed. Even the most reputable courier I know has failed me, and they are unable to provide me with a tracking number. I strongly urge you to contact me as soon as possible.
