My UPS Turkey Package Is Missing After 11 Days and Customer Service Won’t Help
I’m very unhappy with UPS Turkey. My package was handed over to them on 16/08/2024, and here we are on 27/08/2024, and it’s still nowhere to be seen. When I called customer service earlier, they told me it was because I live in a "remote area" and that it would be delivered on 23/08/2024. Well, that day came and went, and still no package. Now, when I try to call UPS, their automated system doesn’t even recognize that I have a package with them—it just tells me there’s nothing tied to my number, and I can’t get through to an actual person. It’s baffling how every other courier can find my house without a hitch, but UPS, who’s supposed to be a reliable service, can’t even be bothered to let me know my package is ready for pickup. It feels like they’ve completely dropped the ball on this one.
