I called an Uber taxi using the app on April 1st, 2023 at 4:18 PM and paid with my card. However, when I got out of the taxi, the driver demanded payment once more. When I checked my online banking, I realized that I had been charged twice, and I am very disappointed with Uber's poor service. As a customer, I should not have to deal with such a problem, and I would like to be reimbursed for the additional charge that was deducted from my account. This has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience. I want Uber to accept responsibility for their error and provide me with a prompt refund. Also, Uber drivers need to be more carefully supervised in terms of payments.
