Double Payment Issue with Uber - Still Waiting for Refund


I have noticed an issue with the payments made from my account. For the trip I mentioned, a double payment was charged. I contacted Uber support regarding this matter, and I was informed that the excess amount would be refunded once the trip was completed. However, these trips were completed months ago, and I still have not received the refund. I kindly request that the transaction details be reviewed again and the excess amount be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
