I am experiencing a serious issue with Uber Taxi regarding unauthorized charges. I do not recall how my bank card was linked to the Uber account, but despite not using the service, I repeatedly noticed that payments were being withdrawn from my card. I submitted several complaints to Uber about this, and they promised that the withdrawn amounts would be refunded. While some of the charges were refunded, new charges continued to appear without my consent.
I tried to cancel my card from the Uber system to stop this situation permanently, but this time Uber informed me that if I removed my payment method, they would no longer be able to process refunds. This has put me in a frustrating loop where charges continue, partial refunds are issued, but I cannot fully resolve the problem.
This situation has caused financial harm and emotional distress, as I feel helpless and trapped in a service I no longer wish to use. I am requesting a full refund of all unauthorized charges and a complete disconnection of my bank card from the Uber system. Please address this matter immediately and stop charging my card without authorization.
