Uber Withdrew Payment Twice and Did Not Refund It
I made my cash payment for my Uber trip on May 6, 2024. But the fraudulent Uber driver took cash and made a transaction to debit the card. Since my card is closed for international transactions, the withdrawal could not be made. I opened my card for international transactions on June 29, 2024, and Uber immediately deducted the relevant amount. When I contacted Uber, they said we couldn't help because it had been too long. They don't even care that they have scam drivers, they never protect their customers. We pay extra money and use Uber so that we can travel properly, but we still suffer. I will never use Uber again, nor will I let anyone around me use it. Do not use this company that does not stand by its customers. Go use a taxi, which has a much better system. At least they don't make you pay the same amount twice.
