Turna.com Refused to Pay My International Ticket Refund After Months of Delays

I am still waiting for a large refund after the cancellation of our optional international ticket sales, which has been pending since August 2024. Despite my daily follow-up emails asking why the refund hasn’t been processed, I’ve been given a range of excuses, including claims that they need to contact the company or that we had supposedly rejected the refund request. None of this is true, and I still haven't received my money. Yesterday, I followed up again, and today I received an email saying my request had been rejected once more. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since the cancellation was confirmed on August 12th, and I received both a mobile notification and an email promising the refund would be processed within 10 days.
Now, it feels like they are deliberately stalling. I’ve made it clear that if they don’t pay the refund soon, I will pursue the matter legally, with interest. The cancellation and refund process seems misleading, with larger deductions than expected and, worse yet, no payment at all! I will use every bit of the money to pay a lawyer rather than let them keep it. Don’t fall for this cancellation/refund trick—be prepared for unexpected deductions and endless delays!
