Hotels.com Promised a Refund After Cancellation but Still Hasn’t Returned My Payment
I made a reservation through Hotels.com for an upcoming vacation, but I later had to cancel the booking. During the cancellation process, I was clearly informed that I would receive a full refund of the amount I had paid. However, despite the cancellation being accepted and confirmed, the refund has still not been processed.
It’s been quite some time, and not only have I not received my money back, but I also can’t reach anyone for help. There’s no proper contact number, no useful response from customer service, and no way to escalate the issue.
Hotels.com, this is unacceptable. You confirmed that I would be refunded—now follow through on that promise. I demand the immediate return of my payment and a proper response explaining why this refund has been delayed. Treat your customers with the respect they deserve and stop ignoring refund obligations.
