Ajet Hasn't Refunded My Canceled Flight Ticket Even After 16 Days
I canceled the flight ticket that I bought on October 7, 2024, and went through with the cancellation on October 9, 2024, fully understanding the fare cancellation rules. I was told that the refund would be done in 2-7 business days, but it hasn’t returned yet like they said. I waited a bit and then contacted customer service, and they told me to fill out a feedback form. I’ve done this, but I still haven’t heard back or received any updates. It’s been 16 days now, and I still haven’t received my refund. This hold-up is really worrying me, and I just want to get the money I'm supposed to receive as per our agreement.
