Pegasus Airlines: No Refund Two Weeks After Canceling My Flight Ticket

On August 22, 2024, I purchased a flight ticket from Pegasus Airlines but had to cancel it on August 23, 2024. During the cancellation process, it was stated that the refund would be credited to my account within 3-5 business days. However, even after 10 days, the refund had not appeared in my account. I contacted Pegasus Airlines customer service, and they informed me that the refund had been processed and advised me to check with my bank. When I reached out to my bank, they confirmed that no refund had been received. As of today, it's been exactly two weeks, and I still haven't received my refund. I kindly request that this issue be resolved promptly. This delay is unacceptable, and I need Pegasus Airlines to take immediate action to ensure the refund is processed without further delay.
