Turkish Airlines Flight Cancellation and Parking Fee Issue

Hello. Turkish Airlines canceled my Istanbul-Tivat flight due to weather conditions, and I received the cancellation message while I was at the airport. My family and I were greatly inconvenienced. If I had been informed earlier, I would not have started the journey, put myself in a difficult situation, or interrupted my work. Additionally, I had paid for a 4-day parking subscription. Despite sending my invoice in feedback, my parking fee was not reimbursed. The next day, when I went to the airport again, I paid another ₺570 for the subscription. The cancellation of the flight and the late notification were not my fault. As someone who has been using Turkish Airlines for years, it is very upsetting that the company treats me this way just because my parking fee was not reimbursed. I did not even request reimbursement for hotel or other expenses. My only request is the reimbursement of the ₺570 parking fee. A one-way taxi fare normally costs ₺700. Such a small-minded approach is unacceptable and truly shameful.
