Turkish Airlines Ticket Refund Issue for Health Reasons

I purchased a Turkish Airlines flight ticket for 03/12/2023 at 14:20. However, due to health reasons, I need to cancel or suspend this flight.
Despite there being 4 days left until the flight and according to Turkish Airlines' official website, there are still 1 day and 21 hours left before the check-in process begins, I am unable to cancel and get a refund. I paid ₺1,255.00 for the ticket, but I am informed that only ₺96.39 will be refunded to me. This situation causes a loss of rights and inconvenience for me as a consumer. It is unacceptable that a ticket purchased for ₺1,255.00 has a refund amount of only ₺96.39. I demand a full refund of the ticket price and compensation for my inconvenience.
