I Request Flight Ticket Refund Without Deductions

I purchased a flight ticket for my cousin from Obilet, but later I realized that my own Turkish ID number was automatically recorded. To register his passport number, I canceled the ticket and rebooked it. However, I had made the purchase in 12 installments and I do not want any deductions in the refund process. Could you please refund the full amount to me? Because I canceled it immediately. I am seeking assistance from both Obilet and THY. Please, I am not willing to accept such a deduction for a simple mistake. I experienced this issue due to my automatically saved information on Obilet. Can you assist me? My cousin's name is A*** K********* and I had purchased a ticket for the flight from Istanbul to Ankara on May 9th at 10:00 AM. Please help, I request that no deductions be made.
