Unable to Use Miles&Smiles Benefits After Ticket Purchase



Hello, I created an account to use the Miles&Smiles program. I purchased two plane tickets for flight TK 1885 on July 28th (Confirmation Number: UXUXUR). However, I am unable to use the Miles&Smiles program and receiving errors as attached. When I try to create a new account, I get an error saying there is already an account with this information. When I requested the 500 Miles&Smiles points I am entitled to, I encountered an error stating that the account cannot be found. In short, due to a system error, I have been deprived of the 500 points that should have been credited to my account. Dear Turkish Airlines representative, is there a chance you can add these 500 points to my account to rectify this deprivation?
