Turkish Airlines Doesn't Credit Earned Miles
Thai Airways is a partner airline of the Miles & Smiles program, and miles are earned on all Y class tickets. This information is also confirmed on the official Turkish Airlines website.
Despite entering my membership number, the miles I earned for my Hong Kong - Bangkok and Bangkok - Hong Kong flights were not credited to my account. I submitted feedback through the Turkish Airlines app, but I received no assistance and was directed to use the app for processing. However, the app kept displaying an error message stating "Miles cannot be earned with Y class."
A few days later, this error was fixed, and I submitted a request for my missing miles through the app. Unfortunately, there were no results. When I tried to reply to the feedback, the feedback page itself started experiencing errors.
Every time I fly with Turkish Airlines, I encounter these kinds of problems. I am requesting that my missing miles be credited to my account.
