Dear Sir/Madam,
On April 8, 2023, I processed the missing miles from my past flights through the Turkish Airlines app. I have been waiting for months for these miles to be credited, but they still haven't been added. Last week, I called customer service. They informed me that since more than a year had passed since the flight date, they couldn't process the missing miles, and I needed to submit a 'feedback form.' I created a feedback form on the Turkish Airlines website, requesting the missing miles for the two flight tickets listed below to be credited to my Miles&Smiles account.
The emails I received in response to my feedback request did not provide any solution. The first email stated that they couldn't process the missing miles because more than a year had passed. I already know this. I am not asking for my past flights to be processed now. I am asking why the missing miles I processed before the one-year period ended have not yet been credited to my account. However, they respond without fully understanding what I am asking and fail to provide a solution.
