Unjust Deduction of Status Miles in Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles Program

I recently noticed that Turkish Airlines has been unfairly and intentionally deducting status miles from my Miles & Smiles account. I have been keeping track of my miles periodically, and I found that 2,400 status miles were deducted from my account during July and August.

I understand that some miles may expire periodically. However, when I checked the system, it stated, "You have no miles expiring this year." According to Turkish Airlines' own system, my miles should not have been removed, yet they have been disappearing on their own. When I contacted customer service, they dismissed my concern with an automatic response saying there were no issues with my miles. Despite filling out multiple feedback forms, I have not been able to resolve this issue.

I am requesting the reinstatement of the status miles that were unjustly and intentionally deducted by Turkish Airlines.
