Turkish Airlines Didn't Deliver the Lost Luggage

On September 11th, during Turkish Airlines flight TK 0189 from Mexico City to Istanbul (with PNR code TYYA2H and ticket number 235 2119 7880 41), my suitcase went missing. This suitcase held numerous valuable branded items, essential medicines, and a significant number of gifts. Despite 9 days having elapsed since the incident, I have not received any communication, inquiries, or updates from Turkish Airlines. As a woman in the early stages of pregnancy, the stress and sadness resulting from this situation are deeply concerning. I had important medications in that suitcase, and I couldn't present the gifts I had carefully chosen for my family, whom I haven't seen in 1.5 years. My holiday has been completely ruined, and I find myself in a distressing situation. I want to make it clear that if anything happens to my baby due to the stress I've endured, Turkish Airlines will bear responsibility. I urge an immediate response, or I will take this matter to social media to raise awareness, seeking both financial compensation for the losses incurred and acknowledgment of the indifference shown. Additionally, I request the essential items and support I need during this challenging period.
