Turkish Airlines Damaged My Luggage and Delayed the Compensation

Turkish Airlines informed me that my luggage was not loaded onto the plane on my return from Thailand. My luggage arrived four days later. There were numerous damages on the suitcase caused by friction, and the items inside were wet. I contacted them regarding the issue. They requested photos of the damage, which I sent. They also asked for a photo of my passport, my ticket, a list of damaged items, and my compensation request for the damage. This correspondence continued for a long time. After their last email stating 'We are forwarding the issue to our compensation department,' they started sending messages like 'We are reviewing all your messages regarding the process, evaluating them, and examining them meticulously,' and then they stopped responding. I disembarked from the plane on November 25th. We are now entering the second month, and Turkish Airlines has not provided any response regarding the process.
