Turkish Airlines Last-Minute Flight Cancellation & Unusable Voucher

I would like to inform you of my grievance regarding the cancellation of Turkish Airlines' Istanbul/Zonguldak flight TK2732 dated 10 February 2023 with 20 minutes to go. The cancellation of the flight in question took place in the midst of serious victimization during the earthquake. However, despite this, the solution offered by Turkish Airlines was far from resolving our grievances. The 130 euro travel voucher offered to us was far from providing the justice and satisfaction we expected during this difficult period. The fact that we were not informed that the conditions of use of the travel voucher did not cover international flights upset our plans to use the voucher. When I accepted the voucher, I was planning to fly abroad for my honeymoon holiday and I was going to use this voucher accordingly. However, now our plans have been interrupted by Turkish Airlines' statement that this voucher is not valid for international flights. I request that this situation be corrected and that our traveler's check be valid for international flights. I expect Turkish Airlines to reconsider its customer satisfaction and fair solution approach and resolve this situation. I kindly request that I be informed and the necessary steps be taken.
