Turkish Airlines Ticket Time Change Issue

As a loyal customer of Turkish Airlines, known as a world leader, I encountered an issue with my flight ticket. I originally booked a flight from Şırnak to Istanbul for 20.12.2023 at 15:20 but later changed it to 21.12.2023 at 10:40 to fit my schedule. However, on 19.12.2023, when I checked my ticket details, I was presented with two unexplained options: either change my flight to 21.12.2023 at 15:20 or cancel the ticket altogether. This unexpected change caused significant inconvenience. If I hadn't checked by chance, who would have compensated for my loss? Furthermore, there was no courtesy call from the airline explaining the reason for the change. The company and its responsibilities are accountable for the inconvenience caused to my work, and I will pursue legal action if necessary. Even the customer service representative could not see the reason for the ticket change in their system and responded rudely when I asked for help. This is not an acceptable experience from Turkish Airlines.
