Ticket Cancellation Refund Issue of Turkish Airlines

Our Zurich-Istanbul flight on September 18th was canceled due to operational reasons. When we wanted to fly in November, our ticket was forfeited because we did not approve the next flights within -7/+30 days. I was born and raised in Austria, and since my Turkish is not good, I did not understand what they meant in the email, which caused us to be victimized. We were told that we could file a complaint again because we exceeded the time limit. I had already reported my complaint in the form and requested a refund!
Turkish Airlines changed flight dates as they wish, canceled the seat we purchased, and asked me to fly separately from my spouse, causing us to be victimized! Then, our money is not refunded!
I kindly request that the issue be resolved and that a response be provided as soon as possible.
Given the current economic situation, everyone's money should be refunded.
