Turkish Airlines Delayed Baggage Delivery
On November 10, 2023, I flew from Istanbul Airport to Zonguldak. My baggage was left in Istanbul. They told me there was a flight two days later. On November 12, they said my baggage had arrived, but it still hasn't reached me. They promised to deliver it on November 13. Later, they claimed the service vehicle broke down. My one-week vacation was ruined. Throughout this process, I only received updates because I kept calling them. They keep stalling me. This situation is not fitting for Turkish Airlines in their 100th year. There is a lack of proper customer care and communication. They keep delaying. As a citizen, I am suffering, and no one is addressing my grievance. I am in Bartin and cannot go to pick it up myself. I am experiencing hardship because I don't have my clothes. No one is taking the necessary actions. Should I hire a taxi and go pick up my baggage myself due to your fault? Turkish Airlines keeps postponing the resolution of citizens' grievances. I demand the necessary actions be taken and my financial loss compensated.
