Turkish Airlines Compensation Approved - No Payment Received

I am writing regarding my compensation claim for TK4311 flight on 26 July 2023. The process started on 11 September 2025 and my claim was approved for a total of €800 (€400 for me and €400 for my sister). Payment details were initially provided. Turkish Airlines requested separate IBANs for each passenger, which I submitted on 23 September 2025. I was also informed that the compensation would be paid in Turkish Lira equivalent. The registration number for the feedback form is TK-13409527. As of today, 10 October 2025, no payment has been received, nor have I received any updates. I kindly request that the approved compensation (€400 each, in TL equivalent) be transferred to the provided IBAN accounts as soon as possible.
