My ticket purchased from Turkish Airlines was canceled without any reason. As a result of my complaint, I was awarded a ...compensation of 400€. However, Turkish Airlines wants to pay this amount in ₺ based on the exchange rate on the date the check was issued, or they require an international € IBAN.
