Turkish Airlines Flight Cancellation Compensation Issue
Turkish Airlines is not providing me with the compensation and ticket refund that is my legal right and approved by Civil Aviation.
For the refund process of ₺7,365 approved in my legally entitled feedback TK-9816087, I was asked to open a new request. Subsequently, I opened the record TK-9849986 and sent my IBAN information. Normally, the company quickly sends ticket refunds to my card, but they are trying to wear out the customer for compensation payments. It has been 21 days, and they are not supporting any of the expenses I invoiced, such as taxi, bridge, highway fees, and the hotel reservation that they caused me to lose. They just say 'open a request.' I got my ticket refund with difficulty, and they deposited it incompletely; when I asked for the missing ₺350 again, they said 'open a request' again. We bought with trust, and our trip to Belgrade, our annual leave, everything was ruined. Moreover, a month has passed, and they still do not provide any support. I want the compensation of 250 Euros, which is my legal right and approved by Civil Aviation, to be deposited to me, the missing ticket refund to be paid, and the invoiced taxi and highway fees to be paid to me. I do not accept this loss caused by the technical malfunction of Turkish Airlines on November 1.
