I Didn't Receive the Overbook Compensation From Turkish Airlines Even After 3 Months
On January 7, 2024, I voluntarily gave up my seat on flight TK1769 from Istanbul to Prague due to overbooking and submitted a claim for the compensation I was entitled to on January 8, 2024.
However, I have not received any response. Despite submitting feedback four more times since January 8, 2024, and marking my last feedback with urgency five times through customer service, I still have not received any response. During this period, I visited Turkish Airlines' office at Istanbul Airport three times to request my compensation in cash, but I was told they did not have cash on hand. I request that the necessary actions be taken to resolve this issue.
