However, I have not received any response. Despite submitting feedback four more times since January 8, 2024, and marking my last feedback with urgency five times through customer service, I still have not received any response. During this period, I visited Turkish Airlines' office at Istanbul Airport three times to request my compensation in cash, but I was told they did not have cash on hand.
