Compensation for Overbooked Turkish Airlines Flight Still Unpaid Despite Repeated Attempts

On June 15th, we had a flight with Turkish Airlines from Istanbul to Denizli. Despite arriving at the airport three hours early, our tickets were sold to someone else. They offered us a different ticket (for a flight 8 hours later) and promised €100 in compensation.
With no other option, we had to accept. My wife received her compensation, but they said their POS machine couldn't process my payment and asked me to provide my IBAN via email, which I did. Since June 15th, I've been continuously emailing and calling, but still haven't received my compensation.
They keep telling me to submit feedback, which I’ve done multiple times, but nothing has been resolved. I've provided my IBAN and all the necessary documents, yet no one is helping me.
