Turkish Airlines TK4731 Flight Cancellation Left Me Stranded and Ignored

Van-Ankara 15:10 Turkish Airlines/Anadolu Jet joint flight with flight number TK4731 on 18.01.2024 was canceled and my military team and many passengers were victimized. Even though we were enrolled in the reserves, we were not allowed on board and could not return to our main duty station, to which we had to return urgently. We could not return because all flights and buses were full due to the semester break. My team of 3 people and I had to rent a car to save us the 2-day expense they would have spent, considering the airline company and the replacement hotel costs. And I want the rental and road fuel costs of this vehicle to be covered. Although I wrote about this many times, Turkish Airlines did not even consider me and responded with evasive answers
