I Experienced Inconvenience Due To Flight Cancellation of Turkish Airlines

On 28.03.2024 at 20:00, my flight from Van F**** M**** to Ankara Esenboğa was canceled at the last minute, leaving me stranded at Van airport with my two children (4 and 6 years old). Apart from the emotions I felt, we had to wait a long time for a shuttle while fasting. The Van suite hotel room we were placed in was extremely dirty. We had no choice but to spend the night there with my children. They promised food, but we waited until 21:30 without receiving any. Besides all these inconveniences, the fare difference between the new Ankara flight and the canceled flight was not refunded. Our trust in THY and Anadolu Jet has diminished. If my grievance is not resolved, I will take the necessary steps to file a complaint with the relevant authorities.
