I purchased a ticket from Turkish Airlines for flight TK 2216 from Istanbul to ADF Airport on 05/07/2024. The original departure time was 17:00, but it was delayed to 17:40, then changed to 19:00, and eventually, the flight was canceled and rescheduled to 19:30 to GAP Airport. The departure time was further changed to 20:40, and my spouse and I were left stranded at the airport for hours. Despite having a ticket from Turkish Airlines, we ended up traveling on an Anadolu Jet plane. We were supposed to be in Adiyaman by 19:00, but we were brought to Adiyaman by bus at 01:30 in the night. The bus ride was extremely uncomfortable, with the driver driving like a rally driver, and we arrived safely only by prayers. After a 3-hour delay, when I inquired about my legal right to compensation, no one responded. We were treated as if we were obligated to endure this journey without any explanation. I am expecting a response.
