Turkish Airlines Flight Delay and Damaged Luggage Issue

I wanted to write here due to Turkish Airlines' indifference and irrelevant explanations. On May 24, 2024, we had an 08:35 AM Adana-Istanbul flight. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours and 30 minutes, citing weather conditions due to 1 hour of rain. However, other airlines operated their flights without any delays after the 1-hour adverse weather conditions. Due to the delay, our plans were disrupted, and we experienced negative consequences. Upon arriving in Istanbul, I discovered that my suitcase's wheel was broken. I spoke with the responsible personnel about this, and they provided me with paperwork for the repair of the suitcase. Imagine, they break your suitcase and then tell you to get it repaired yourself, and they will reimburse you. You decide what kind of mockery this is.
